Pumping SP to these levels as the Angolan banks have seen that funding or equity required is nearly equvilent to the entire MC of MNB - Huge Red Flag
The sovereign fund deal - govt taking the risk will not pay anywhere near current Market prices
or pumping to prepare for another CR
Already those finding talks need assurance from Govt equity in project before they commit - 3-4 months since initial talks with Angolan banks
Dilution has not even commenced imo
