Desperation time for MNB, only managed to pump it up just over a cent, still will have to discount substantially to get the cash. These guys just can not negotiate so shareholders will be it hit with massive dilution. Angolans may not agree to release cash till they get a large slice of MNB, possibly the share price may now reverse with no news. Angolans want to pick up Minbos a lot cheaper than the current pumped up price.
