    The Company has engaged with the Angolan Sovereign Fund (“FSDEA”) on an equity injection for US$10-15 million, with a view to taking a strategic stake in Minbos

    Huge Red Flag - without Govt in the discussions - insolvency would have already taken place

    All eggs in one basket at this end of ASX will never end well @chuk

    No one is interested in fertilisers - countless discussions and advanced discussions and not one cent from any investors - let alone cornerstone investor

    Could only raise $5m in CR outside of directors - says it all imo

    IDC pre conditions relying on govt 100%
