US$10mill reduction in upfront capex. Resultant increase in project NPV. Approx US$25mill reduction in stage 2 capex, allowing stage 2 to be brought well forward. Resultant strong increase in project NPV. Post Carrihno production guidance strongly increased over DFS assumptions. Resultant increase in project NPV. IDC loan approval. MOU with Foskor. Strong government support for the sector including government guarantees on loans which makes the Angolan bank approval for MNB's term loan much easier and likely to follow the IDC positive loan approval. Triple Super-phosphate price has been trending gradually higher over the last 12 months and sits comfortably above the DFS base case assumption.
