    I think Your right with the "company is waiting for some information" before releasing the QTRL.
    you might even say that they expect the news to come any minute now. Probably why we are heading north nicely. As it feels like one way or the other we are getting some information very shortly. Cheers for your ongoing concerns about a stock you don't hold.
