I have good reason to believe that the Chinese you refer to, Shanghai Jayson, did not participate in the last capital raise for reasons other than any lack of confidence in Minbos. I understand that Frank Si, is Chairman of Numerous Shanghai Jayson subsidiaries and remains a Non-Executive Director of Minbos. Furthermore, there has not been any notification in change of substantial holder for the cornerstone investors.
