Based on the IDC already having done due diligence (why reinvent the wheel), on a having 14m usd less risk, on the Angolan Banks probably having a much better understanding of Angola and how the country/government operates, on literally having quotas to fill in the agri idustry, on having already conducted site visits, based on guidance from the company that the decision will soon be with their credit committee (I know this doesn’t mean much to you), based on conversations I’ve had with the company.

I completely appreciate that these guys do things very slowly, but for some reason people on this forum think that literally growing a market and building a project in Africa should be easy, if that was the case it would have been done a long time ago.
