It beats me Merch how the Saffers and government approve funding and the bank has not.
Two major identities have obviously carried out their due diligence so you would think for the bank it would just be a formality, obviously the bank must be worried about missing the growing season and the delayed off take.
The bank might have perused Minbos in a different way and spotted the missed timelines and noted that the construction time might not be achieved based on the realistic targets never achieved through poor management.
A lot of posters here stated that MNB was a great buy at 20, 17, 15, 11, 7cents now it languishes below 7cents, chuk however would say it flourishes at 6.8cents.
I feel this will decline further as there is a strong possibility of another year wait.
