The govt has equity
The bank if it loans will want its full money back plus interest.
IDC will need definite requirements to protect its capital - not just working capital requirements for staff wages and bonuses etc
If 2025 growing season missed - bank will lose money unless MNB does more CR's to pay for interest on loan like it has for staff and admin in past 2 capital raises
Not only complete construction on time but have stock piles for 2025 rainy season
Our chief resident engineer and financial advisor says its a simple construction model and timeframe is easily achievable lol
