They are getting desperate now to pump it up through 5.5 cents.
Latest is breaking 9.5cents by December due to ramp up in construction that funding allows.
I wonder what the next hurdle Minbos will have to jump, now its subsidiary has to become a public limited company to satisfy loan conditions.
It looks like the Africans don’t want them to succeed if there is another obstacle placed in front to delay funding then a CR could be imminent.
