    Construction commenced early December - 6 months plus ago

    We have not seen evidence of major concrete pour yet or any updates

    4-6 week behind baron stated - imo much more

    This is a simple project @chuk has told us all

    So as July approaches - how can construction and 2025 timelines be met

    6 plus months have passed and not much to show for it - @chuk do not bang on about progress lol

    This is not down ramping its fact

    If 4.4c falls before news we could see 3c's again if not lower

    IMO
