Or, more likely and based on recent ASX updates, they announce the loan agreements in coming weeks, the sp very quickly doubles and this has just been the start of a long uptrend from the 3.7c low - which would almost be unacceptably devastating for shareholders that sold recently.
Then the sp continues on to new highs following the completion of construction and start of production.
Funny how there's more than one side to the story. Who would have figured?
