    Stop the deception. You have repeatedly claimed that HongKong Jayson has "run for the hills". That cornerstone investor did not offer the $25mill debt facility. That was Longmarch Capital, not Hong Kong Jayson. Refer to the announcement 12th of July 2022 ;

    "Minbos has signed a high-level US$25 million Non-Binding Debt Term Sheet with Long March Capital for arrangement a of debt facility."

    HongKong Jayson is still fully invested. They haven't sold any shares or pulled any debt debt offering despite your repeated misleading claims.
