    I am not surprised by the pullback. I think the marketing announcement meant that the offtake and funding approvals are still some time away, and they wanted to keep the positive vibe. I read the announcement as a negative as we really need to get the funding finalised but as always after my 5 years remain I remain ever hopeful.
