    Yes a LOI just like the previous MOU’s.
    If there is such a thing why is it not announced to market and for how much tonnage and when does it commence or is just more Lindsay talk of something that may happen.
    The Carrinho MOU was announced to market only for it to fall through.
    Ha last time something went to the credit committee it was claimed to weeks away and we are still waiting several months later.
