"dreaming and our failure endorsing chief keeps pumping this pipe dream"

The environmental studies were delayed but were completed.
The DFS was delayed but was completed.
The IDC loan credit approval was delayed but completed.
The SWF investment took a long time but was completed.
The start of construction took much longer than the DFS guidance but it has begun with stage 1 almost complete.

So why is anything a pipedream? It's all happening but at the same slow progress that we have experienced all along.
Once in steady state production, past delays will be a thing of the past.
