    Lindsay has been bitten by timelines in the past, so they must have a pretty good grasp on how things are travelling if they are targeting IDC drawdown “by July”. This means that BAI will need to be done by then, as it is a CP for IDC.

    This is a very clear update. With much more potentially to come.
