Firstly they have no offtake contracts with associated value in place.
Secondly, the plant still has to be completed
Thirdly, the funding arrangements seem to have been delayed - what happens if the funding discussions collapse or are further delayed due to the numbers not adding up?
Current cash gives them around 2 months of operation.
They need cash before the end of March.
