market has done a yawn at the announcement regarding the completion of negotiations.
cant blame that sentiment since its dragged on so long now, and how many weeks or months until cabinet discuss the recommendations and then to wait for the government to do a signing ceremony at its political convenience.
to be fair though... some projects in Australia have taken as long to get approvals .
