You may be right but its coming some where close to 13 yrs since this amazing resource was discovered. This must be a world record for the amount of pissing around and achieving no end result. PEK imo have ticked almost all of the boxes for physical mining and production but it appears those who are able gently apply the handbrake stifling their progress, obviously to have a monopoly on the end product.
