Good post but just to balance out I'm certain the buyers are holding off some, waiting for the details of the "Economic Framework Agreement " .
The govt have shown already that they have PEK over a barrel and we do need to see the agreement is fair and reasonable and what constraints will be put on PEK .
My sentiment is hovering between a hold and a buy depending on how things pan out wrt tax rate , local ownership etc .
Not wishing to sound too negative , just a little cautious .
The other good point about PEK is being REE not controlled by China .
