I'd understand Scott having issues with the little time units if he was a geophysicist or geologist and used to thinking in aeons, but I'd expect different from an engineer.
But hey, his promises have gotten everyone off his back heading into the last AGM. There is time now at least until April when we head towards the next meeting. Surely the ppsa will be signed before another peasant revolt?
