I’d say whatever price we hit over the next three weeks will be the lowest you will see this until drill.
scott likely won’t announce seismic until mid to late January when markets are back to full steam - so you have about 4 weeks of lull where it may dip a bit lower, I’d love to see it in the 9s for a day or two to pick up some cheapies
ill wager come cap raise that it won’t be as low as it is now
