Any manager who does exercise his judgement to evaluate " targets of opportunity" would not rate highly with me. I have read nothing even in HC posts that has caused me to question any aspect Scott's management skills. He plans, directs, reports and controls all aspects of the exploration project which is text book in operation. If IVZ is not successful in finding oil/gas it will not be because Scott failed in executing his project management skills. As I have advocated in previous posts, with a little luck Scott and his team will make us much wealthier by the end of this FY.

Rather than question every project activity maybe if we recognise the achievements ie seimic completion, then the IVZ team would be motivated to keep the successes rolling.
