Dark Horse Resources announced exploration plans for its gold projects in Argentina

The board of Dark Horse Resources Limited presented a summary of its activities in Argentina and the strategic plan promoted by the company to advance the drilling of its gold projects located in San Juan and Santa Cruz.

The company plans to start the drilling program in January 2020.The intention is to drill the Las Opeñas (in the province of San Juan) and Cachi (in the province of Santa Cruz) properties in January 2020, and as claimed by the company, both deposits have “potential to house millions of ounces of gold "

In this regard, the company has been advancing in both projects towards the definition of resources and classification according to the internationally recognized JORC Australian standard.Research in both projects has indicated the presence of high-grade expansive precious metals that require an integral drilling to define their potential. "Drilling is the next big step towards defining resources," they said in a recent statement.“Dark Horse is interested in two highly mineralized gold properties: Las Opeñas and Cachi, both in mining friendly jurisdictions.

The Dark Horse board is currently in discussion on how to advance drilling in the two projects. The considerations include exploration results, permits, logistic aspects and availability of funds to evaluate strategies that allow the creation of wealth for shareholders ”.

Dark Horse is currently in full fundraising for the implementation of the drilling program. As of September 2019, the company obtained just over US $ 1 million and they are in search of placing an estimated remaining of US $ 775,000.

Permits from the drilling program have been secured for the Las Opeñas gold project and applications have been submitted to advance in Cachi with the government of the province of Santa Cruz. A recent follow-up with these authorities indicates that permits should be granted during the next months.Exploration and drilling permits include environmental monitoring and rehabilitation of requirements that the company must meet.
