Agreed. Looks like it was a hard sell. Thought that would be the case when we went into a VS. Discount (14%) looks reasonable on the face of it but doesn't take into account the warrant nor the fact that we never reached the same MC after the consolidation as before. Wonder whether dual listing was worth it ... time will tell.
