I would suggest that every time they suspend production, they should suspend the payment for CEO and all directors of the board. Time is money. As an educated business man/woman, you cannot suspend the whole production activity for that incident on the basis of 'precaution'.
Maybe it's time to change the CEO and probably the board as well. Just looking at the the SP performance in the past few years in comparison to peers with consideration of its asset quality, you don't have to be a genius to figure out there is a problem with the management team.
