The translation is in the ANN ..it means that they are not inhibited in exploration in the area unlike other projects they don't have to rely on BLM approval..for sage grouse or agricultural areas..meaning they can explore without having a leash on them..which means the BLM dept has no problem with that,,why don't you try to do some research..you sold out early you continually seek validation of that..get over it move on or buy in..
