I have no problem with Performance Shares to recognise true Performance; However IMO setting easily achievable Goals is pathetic !

Three Years to complete a PFS and raise a fraction of the Finance !!! It sounds as if people are more interested in pulling their salaries than getting this baby into Production ! Now is the time to get in some Professional Project developers, Alan Bond always said 'You have to replace the whole Management team when transitioning from Geology to Engineering'. and he was so right ~ I have seen too many good projects go dormant when the Chief Geologist who was responsible for the discovery, ends up being way out of his depth when it comes to the developing the mine !
