Appears from todays'Announcement , that MEI intends to complete all 26 holes of diamond drilling , before they make any comment on clay depths .
A logical and pragmatic approach ...as depth variations across the clay body could ( and likely will ) vary signifantly ---just guessing , but within a +/- range of 10 metres , rather than mutiples of that !
In interesting observation , was the commentary that went with the Pic of the first core hole .Edit:
Core from the first diamond hole drilled at Capo Do Mel. This hole has a narrow soil horizon 0-1.4m and then a
thick zone of Saprolitic clays until 26.6m. The hole finished in phonolite/syenite at 31.8m

The clay zone ended at 26.6 metres . From the earlier Announcement of the 16th Dec ( acquiring the Project) , the reported holes and high TREO grades ...of the 15 highlighted Reported Holes , only 3 were as deep as 20 metres ( with 1 further at 19m ) , all the rest were a fair bit shallower !
Nothing yet on the grades of course ---but "bottom of hole"grades were previously , very impressive .
Without reading too much into it ...I guess MEI would be at least "pleased"to see the first hole extend down by a further 6 .6 metres , even if you assumed it was a dual test of one of the earlier 20 metre holes !
