That is somewhat comforting; but I am still annoyed that their Targets seem to be very soft; Bonus's should be awarded for achieving exceptional results, not for what is expected for just earning your salary. This is a Public Company not a Private Piggy Bank ! let the Shareholders decide what's fair.
