Surely Lynas and Iluka also sniffing around for MEI & VMM offtakes to feed their separation facilities that are under construction? Some competition will allow the best payability %, at the moment the operating options are Chinese or Neo but LYC Texas/ILU Eneabba both coming online soon. Lynas are so keen on getting some HREO dominant MREC feed for Texas they are thinking of straight up takeovers..
