No, it's supposed to try to focus MEI holders attention on one of the multitude of micro caps in the REE space. VMS has a looooong way to go to be considered in any discussions involving a resource so big as to be disruptive to Chinese dominance.
You are just here to con holders into buying your shares over at VMS. Why not try to throw in few doubts about ANSTO as a testing body or whether the entire caldera will be turned into a national park?
