Basically no one outside China is profitable at spot prices. What does it tell you if one of the estimated lowest cost producers is basically breaking even/barely profitable at spot prices? It tells me that these prices aren't sustainable and when they do rise MEI will reap the benefits based on the ridiculously low opex.
