Best bet is to have offtake agreements with OEM's, current REE prices not many companies in the West will be Profitable, Price Manipulation by China to keep the West at bay.
If you want an alternative, secure, sustainable and traceable source of heavy rare earths you have to pay a premium, that Premium includes that the Company can make a profit to stay afloat and keep supplying secure amounts of REE products at Western Labour Costs, Not at Chinese Cheap Labour Costs.
