A lot of people would be wondering what have QMC been over the last year after having said they are busy working on the 2002 BFS.
However, one needs to consider that before you can design your plant you need to know “exactly” what types, grades and volumes of ore you will be processing. That must be known before you can proceed to design a plant.
So when QMC state that they have been working on the BFS, maybe they have!
But they just don’t communicate it very well.
This last announcement did stipulate plant SX/EW design specialists.
It’s like you have to read between the lines with these people..!
