re: Ann: Caledon Acquisition Approved at Gene... My opinion for whats its worth is that there will be no rerate on this for a while at least.

The true value to ORD is the difference between the takeover price, which is ORDs buy price, of $1.72c per share and where this price goes to in the future post ASX delist and AIM being the list exchange.

So the effect on ORD will be post 29 Aug 2011 and at this point ORD will want CCD to appreciate up from $1.72c (what ever that is in pounds) for this to be of material benefit to us.

Rerate because of CCD is a while away yet.
