We are pleased to announce that the resolutions proposed for the friendly acquisition of
Caledon Resources plc (?Caledon?) by Guangdong Rising Assets Management Co., Ltd
(?GRAM?) via a scheme of arrangement have been passed at Caledon?s Court Meeting
and General Meeting in London on 25 July 2011.
We congratulate GRAM and Caledon on this historic achievement. We look forward to a
successful financial close in near future.
ORD currently holds an option to acquire up to 10% of Caledon post financial close.
