Yeah, it is that kind of kind of uncomplicated business.
I think the Board will be looking at further acquisitions. Recent commentary suggests they already have been looking but not finding (that's like fishing but not catching!)
As the recession impacts availability of loans it might be some smaller players will sell off royalty agreements to drag in cash for development.
