Even though 4AMLD would be largely irrelevant amongst their customer base i am wondering if there is a cost/benefit that can be acheived through outsourcing kyc in this way in jurisdictions of less regulation..
I remember from the original connacord report they discussed this option for UK based betting agencies where the cost saving was something like $50 per signup however would have liked the comparison against cross border internationals outside of the eurozone. Tabcorp reportedly also spent something like $24M last year trying to acheive integrity in their verification (kyc) processes and fell short... arguably they would have saved a fortune by opting for ISX to backend them, however ISX still needs to prove its commercial case tho.. 1 succesful integration will snowball this coy .. AIMO of course..
