The market is very, very nervous about small caps at the moment. Big moves (up or down) only seem to be happening based on hard cash results. I don't think ISX will make a big move up until $ show in the 4c and there is a trend of increasing revenue over time. But it keeps signing customers on a regular basis. LT holders can see where the company is going. Just taking a while to get there - but it will and when it does.....
