My take is this isn’t speculative,it’s a producer,to much money from the big end of town.100 percent owned ground which will go to producing without the overheads of construction.Not a matter of Will it make coin but how much?Safe one way bet with two much upside to not put the kitchen sink at it as I have.Dead cert just how much.imo
