Ann: Calibre Drilling Delivers Significant Au-Cu Intersections, page-48

I'm pleased with today's drill results, I wasn't expecting high grades unless they tapped into a new extension or adjacent deposit. A few things I can take away from today's release, the northern boundary of Calibre has reached it's limit, & also east Calibre too from prior years drilling from memory




What I've gathered from carefully reading over the last few years of reports, is that Southwest Calibre extentions has found newly defined mineralisation, but only 3 drill holes, with diamond drilling mentioned 2 years ago but not yet drilled.





Another thing is the greenfield drill targets priorities has seem to have changed again. In August release, GAIP20-01 was emphasised to be a priority target for drilling this calendar year. But Rimfire & Le Tigre were drilled instead recently. In exploration update in Feb '20, the number 1 priority was Magnum West, which is located on the far western edge of the Magnum Dome




The upside from any exploration in the Paterson region is that it's full of wonderful surprises. Let us not forget that only 4 years ago, GGP bought Havieron for only $25K cash & $200K shares, & now that deposit is worth >AUS $10 billion??
Also with Minyari Dome, Newcrest thought the WACA deposit was primarily copper with very little gold, but look right now at Antipa going for it @ Minyari Dome.

BHP, Newcrest and other exploration in the Paterson in the past decades has been off the mark, evidenced by the monster discoveries in the last 2-3 years. What appears like nothing, actually has turned out to be a beast hiding in plain sight. I'm optimistic about our exploration on all fronts, but I'm somewhat confused with RIO moving the goal posts around this year.
Nevertheless, I'm expecting some more solid results from RIO JV in the coming weeks
