I queried this with DR and if the Court refuses leave, the DOCA will opt for the share sale option as opposed to 444GA, and the other subsidiaries will leave the Calidus Group and be transferred to West Coast.

I am double checking this with the admins.

More than likely it's all over, unless MAH challenges the DOCA in court and forces termination.
