DR is buying but it's subject to shareholder approval. I for one will not begrudge him picking up more at 40 cents. Is it a good look that he is participating in a CR that is not open to everyone?... no... but as a director his buying opportunities are constrained. Cut the man a bit of slack...imo. As the primary driving force in creating the opportunity and consistently delivering the milestones he has worked hard and shareholders have benefited. ALK want more shares, DR wants more shares .... pretty strong buy signal for others to contemplate.
The CR might have been oversubscribed, but clearly today demonstrated some of the 'subscribers' were happy flippers... another $250k's worth might have gone the same way?
