I agree with hatmopit serious money is shorting to make sure a raising takes place at the lowest level possible to give the chance to cover. hopefully the company has a plan to bring a lime or cement producer into the project with some cash or to put any raising directly to a green tech investment fund as with carbon direct for leilac.
