The "about" from leilacs web site (link in the ann) - I don't understand whether CLX owns 93% or 100% of leilac. Which is it??? Otherwise, who owns the other 7%
In September 2021, Calix announced an investment of €15m for a 6.98% equity stake in Leilac from global decarbonisation investor, Carbon Direct Capital Management. The investment is accelerating the development and deployment of Leilac’s technology for cement and lime decarbonisation.
Following the investment, Calix continues to own the remaining 93% of Leilac.
