I thought the same. Also, why not announce the global licence deal, then raise on the post announcement share price. The conclusion I have come to (and is alluded to by others on this forum) is that the institutions that suppprt Calix, eg Australian Super, are only willing to pay $4.55 and only after proof of of a deal, and the SP is a reflection of that. Rather than the raise following the share price.
