They will have a piece of every Spodumene operation that wants to use the process...

I would also not be surprised if PLS and Calix had a JV for battery manufacture using LiMnO. It was pretty exciting to see the performance spec they have on the MnO test batteries. That is the kind of stuff that will get some big players sniffing around. Cycle lifetimes of batteries is a big deal - especially for industrial applications but also for consumer ones such as in transport. The current test results are pretty impressive.
