Hi, I am new to Calix. I did some research and I try to find out what is Calix's core value near and long term.
, Not Leilac. Carbon transport and storage still be a big issue due to cost and environmental concern. That is why Calix spin out this part just for licensing fees.
, NOT bio chemical or paint or water business. market too small.
, JV with pls. looks like going good, can make quite a bit profit because no need to ship huge amount of rubbish .
, ZESTY. I think this is the core near and long term. The iron core export is so important to Australia, to avoid the demand risk in low carbon feature, to sustainably advance iron business and leave more local value , the support from government and big boys like BHP/ FMG will be huge.It look like technically and ecnomically viable, and no need to transport/storage the CO2.Look forward to the milestone announcement in coming months.not business advice, just personal feel.
, ZEAL. there is not much local significance.
